Booking Your Holiday Accommodation

As a guide, our prices range from £130 to £220 per night subject to season and availability.

The Calendar below shows when The Little Barn is booked (Red). Other colours denote seasonal price changes.

Please note the following:

• You booking is only secure once we have received your deposit and have sent confirmation of receipt.
• No contract exists until this confirmation is issued by us.
• Full payment must be received no later than 4 weeks before the holiday.
• For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment must accompany confirmation.
• Our changeover days are Friday to Friday (sometimes we can be flexible out of season – please ask)
• Arrival from 2.30pm onwards, departure by 10.00a.m
• Please note, we only accept cheques or direct bank transfers
• Short stay/weekend breaks may be available on request during the mid or low seasons – please contact us direct to check for availability and rates
• Deposits are non-refundable. (We recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance, as refunds cannot be given for cancellations, unless we manage to re-book.) We reserve the right to use our discretion in exceptional circumstances
• The prices shown include bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, cleaning materials, electricity, water and wifi.
• The rental price includes an end of stay clean, however if the property is left in a particularly poor state an Excess Cleaning Charge may be applied. (ECC = £150 unless specialist cleaning services are required in which case we reserve the right to charge a greater sum)
• The property is rented as a holiday let and the hirer shall use the property solely for holiday purposes and not sub-let the property.
